What Is NPS?
NPS or more commonly known as net promoter score is a metric system which measures the loyalty of customers towards a company. NPS provides companies with valuable insights as to how to move forward with their business.

How To Calculate NPS?
The respondents to this survey can be divided into three groups:
Promoters– People who answer between 9-10 are classified as promoters. These are the people who are completely loyal to your brand and will even spread good word of mouth about your brand. So, you do not need to spend a lot of resources on retaining them as they are already loyal to you.

Detractors– People who answer between 0-6 are classified as detractors. These are the people who are completely dissatisfied with your product and will share the bad word of mouth with others let alone recommend you to others.
